Payments
- Payment accepted by Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
- A full invoice will be issued once full payment has been received.
REFUNDS
- For certain bookings a 50% non refundable deposit is required.
- For "Shop, Deliver and Return" services, the refund policy of the originating establishment will be applied.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations or re-bookings must be made by telephone or e-mails at least 48 hours prior to an appointment.
- In the event of a cancellation or re-booking deposits are non refundable.
